- Show employees they are appreciated. Educate managers so that they will be better leaders. The combinations should yield better performance by the company.
What I like about the company
I appreciate that I had a job there, I realize not all people are lucky enough to have full time jobs.
What I dislike about the company
Executive management was poor and did not appear to care about employees. As a result employees did not appear to feel appreciated and may not have performed as well as they could have.
