Support from Management
Staff is asked their opinions. Then management does what they want anyway. Usually, resulting in making our jobs difficult. Then get upset with us because things didn't go as they planned.
Suggestions for improvement
- Make it more probable others have the same chance of getting promotions. Offer free training for advancement. Most of the staff is living from check-to-check. Give the staff better pay.
