Support from Management
They won't suggest ways to get promoted. They are stingy with their knowledge.
Suggestions for improvement
- Quit dangling carrots. Create real jobs that are attainable. Where does the $ go when the positions are NEVER filled?
- Make the staff feel appreciated. Dumping extra duties doesn't work. Tell them they are doing a great job. Its nice to hear the words.
I like about the employer
Present a clear path, so employees can plan to move up the hierarchy. Often, we don't the next step to take.
