There is a general lack of trust between leadership and the plant.
Communication is fron top to middle management with very little open communication to the plant floor.
Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to employees, they are telling the truth. Take necessary steps to improve culture.

Don't practice what they preach, allow bullying and rule by fear and intimidation.
