- Better Early retirement incentives for those who have worked >25 yrs
You work on your own most of the time!! No pressure!! Quality!!
Management looks for any reason to write people up, always making proceedures more rigid and difficult to follow.
Very little concern for career development, and complete lack of willingness to use case by case discretion to approve time off on short notice when there are no staffing constraints.
Management is never will to fight for the employee, only furthering the corporate agenda.
