Suggestions for improvement
- No political appointee systems, yearly wage increases/time and grade. Better major medical which has 80-100% coverage for medical, dental, vision, psychological.
- Clothing Allowance, hazardous duty pay, special compensation for licensing and certifications (none now). Financial support from State legislation for funding and supporting all Kentucky State Parks. Better business practices concerning workers compensation. Forced comp time as opposed to overtime, night differential, double time and a half over 40 hours and on holidays. Lack of representation for employees rights.
