Support from management
Couldn't get a hold of anyone when there were many problems. Emails were not returned for months at times and phone messages never returned. If you had a problem you were on your own.
Close to non-existent.
Overall compensation for your work
Pay was terrible and no benefits. Could drive to job and school cancelled at last minute wouldn't get paid unless lucky enough to find last second job to replace.
Suggestions for improvement
- Better pay, better communication. If jobs cancelled at last minute at least pay employee at least a couple of hours.
What I like about the company
Liked the flexible hours.
What I dislike about the company
Horrible communication with the company. The company made a few mistakes about my teaching certificate multiple years and it would take months for them to fix. Impossible for someone to call back and months to get response to emails. Pay was terrible.
