Suggestions for improvement
- Make everything even across the board and make the manager not just sit around in the office and have the district managers and cooperate not to worry as much for the smg scores and making everything revolve around that. People's jobs shouldn't be affected by the smg scores
I like about the employer
They were better in the beginning before they got bought out there used to be set days and schedules but once the new owners came in they took our Christmas bonus away paid holiday time and a half etc.
