I think the idea behind the company culture is great. It is positive and customer focused.
Support from Management
At the location I worked, there were no realistic expectations. We were always understaffed but expected to get everything done and then some. Our store leader 90% of the time told us she would help us in the store and then sat in her office the entire day. She would often pull employees or managers into the office and talk to them about irrelevant things while the store was busy as ever and associates needed help. The only time she really helped out with anything was when the DM was coming to visit.
