Fellow employees don't show up when scheduled often.
In interview stated goals for advancement, stated to new management, who have been there a year. When position came available felt like I wss overlooked.
Certain procedures are a safety hazard. Some equipment is in need of replacement or repair
Suggestions for improvement
- I believe that phenomenal employees would stay and be happier with a more set schedule, rotating weekends, knowing days off before the Friday before the the next work week.
