Suggestions for improvement
- If great benefits are offered, let employees use it! Stop threatening employees about the division closing & moving out if we aren't married to the job. Going to work and hearing about the "sky is falling" every day gets old.
I like about the employer
Compensation, Benefits: even had a lawyer plan!
I dislike about the employer
Employees were treated like numbers. Expected to be married to the job EVERY DAY. Paid time off looked great on paper, but if I took time off, was given the guilt trip and lecture about being needed for team work. Everyone was treated this way.
