In orientation, you're given the impression that this company truly cares about every caller. So not true. Mgrs are only concerned with the numbers.
Goals may be made clear, the processes (training) to reach that goal almost non-existent. If you don't get "it" the 1st time, you're expected to figure it out. Sr reps & mgmt often do not know the processes, either.
