Support from management
In orientation, you're given the impression that this company truly cares about every caller. So not true. Mgrs are only concerned with the numbers.
Goals may be made clear, the processes (training) to reach that goal almost non-existent. If you don't get "it" the 1st time, you're expected to figure it out. Sr reps & mgmt often do not know the processes, either.
If you're sinking, they're not going to teach you to swim. They'll throw you a line to appear helpful, then they let go of the rope. After all, helping someone else doesn't increase your stats.
My supervisor/mgr couldn't answer many procedural questions...so he would have a rep email HIM the info then he answered my questions as if he knew it all along!
Attitude towards older colleagues
Not years of age, but how many years someone is with PFS gets you respect. Mgrs don't have time for newbies.
I never had a review done on time. Never.
I was told to concentrate on work, not my development. Thoroughly disappointed that recruiter didn't know that my supervisor was not a good mentor, that he couldn't deliver on her promises.

Suggestions for improvement
- If you want employees to make a good impression, make sure supervisors are fully trained on how to supervise.
What I dislike about the company
Good cust svc towards client, not to their customers. Because customers/patients don't pay the bills, the client does. I was privy to some discouraging facts regarding the above but cannot elaborate here.
