Support from management
Management is constantly shuffled around. Titles and people change and no one stays long enough for any stability or strategic plans to be implemented.
Suggestions for improvement
- Bring back some privacy in the workspace. People shouldn't have to be watched 24/7. Management's actions should match company core values. For example, honesty should not be punished. Give new managers some training, immediately, not a year later or after they cause havoc.
- Decrease the amount of boosterism-type emails and other nonstop communications on how great the company is. It tends to have the opposite effect after awhile.
