Other staff were disrespectful.Almost fighting at times

Done unfairly .Other teacher picked all the students that wanted to learn leaving me with the difficult ,hard to handle students.The manager let him do this!
We were informed weekly meetings and over kill on required trainings
Ok here but I'm not a female.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Not at all.I was not supported.The guy who was hired after me was permitted to call all the shots in my department.
No no no !!! There is a constant turn over of teachers and counselors and all other positions dealing with students ! That's the way it is !!!! They keep the students and kick out the staff members! With due respect to you and our society ....That's the Gods honest truth!!
Overall compensation for your work
They did OK on pay,but you never knew what these kids were going to do ...no one can control them ...they were all kicked out of their high schools because they couldnt be controlled.Now they can be controlled at job Corp ...get real!At any time you were afraid to be called in the office and be written up or fired!!!After three write up based on uncontrollable student behavior you are fired...I worked in a very sour environment.I am a good Christian man and am always happy but this place was a living hell.....That is the truth.You wanted truth there it is.sorry to say and this is one of our government supported schools!
Office / Work Environment
Absolutely not.There was a giant warehouse fan suspended from my shop ceiling to ran daily .It was built and designed to be use on the roof not inside a building.It was way too too loud.I complained often but no one cared about my concerns or my students safety.Computers were a constant mess ..there for looks only I believe.Safety was also an issue security was needed often with the aggressive types of students we had...I would call for security and back up and one one would come half the time .I could have been asulted several times by students!! There were several close calls. Also students could do what ever they wanted with no reprimand. Students were to be kicked out after 15 write ups.oh wait 25 write ups Wait 35 write-ups oh....wait 50 write ups 120 write up!!!! Some students had 110 write ups.No Consequence's for aggressive or bad behavior.The school could not kick out their money or investments.job Corp got 1500.00 dollars or 2000.00 dollars for each student they put through their school system! My program took 14 months to complete! Job Corp then wanted me to teach the same curriculum in 6 months 5 months and have me sign my name on students documents ensuring they know what they are doing. I was also required to lie about their grades....This was so so much b s...There you wanted truth ..you got it ..There are many more types of corruptions I do not have all day to disclose this information but you are welcome to email me for the email@example.com
Social matters a joke here! Staff got no respect!!! If a female student said you were looking at them funny yuo were pulled into management's office and written up without just consideration!!! omg.There was no protection here no safety here.A total joke...
Ok in this area
I seen many employees go before me ...It was so unfair and why they were fired.big turn over remember ...are you getting the big picture here?I think most of the professional employees are still in shock and feel unjustly treated as I do.
Omg there is no security .big turnover of professional staff ..Its so unreal.I'm a certified teacher here in PA .I also worked for the government of Guam DOE .but a bud employee..The kids were my top propriety not the management.

Building did not meet OSHA guildlines....the overhead airsystem in my shop is a good example of that!A sour place to work..
Omg I revamped my whole department from the ground up. They were going to close my department and my job then I was hired.Well created the curriculum on paper,workbooks assignments,activities everything to meet programs goals and objectives!It was outstanding and I totally saved the program with my teaching and curriculum experience.I even took evening classes to enhance my work performance .I did an Outstanding outstanding job!Treated like dirt there my new management.

No absolutely not They say you will do this legal or not or you indirectly will be fired .I am proff of that.
Suggestions for improvement
- Have some professional Educators run the business not some one who worked there way up the ladder from a company recruiter position.Govern checks need to be put in place.Stay away from this look perfect on the outside corrupted company!!!Now are you people going to modify and cut out what you did not want to hear about this review???
What I like about the company
Well I thought I was helping this nation but the company was run like a joke.That the was it was...I wish I could say better but it is what it is...Its a shame.!
What I dislike about the company
Corrupted ,dishonest,no respect,no safety, no job security,a very sour work environment with no support from management in regards to student discipline.
