The owners were checked out, always traveling to "gain new business". The lack of respect for women or anyone for that matter was repulsive
Support from management
no internal structure, management was not experienced and did not understand how to train or manage staff.
When upper management was not involved, coworkers were able to handle tasks.
One owner sent a company wide email, insisting that no one speak to him again and if they would like to do so that they should through his attorney. Immature and a lack of direction for the company
The way women were treated and viewed was completely inappropriate
The training that was offered was minimal. No room for advancement within the company. Very small operation.
Office / Work Environment
No structure, constantly adding new products that they were trying to market without having the capacity to do so.
I don't think any previous employee would speak highly of the company. The company is portrayed as professional and much larger than it is. In reality, there are only a handful of employees, the majority of people hired left within 2 months.
Suggestions for improvement
- Qualified upper management, seperate work and home life. Need to focus on motivating employees rather than talking down to others
