What culture? There was no sense of shared fate; a collection of individualists shambling towards a distant goal.

OK depending on with whom you worked. My supervisor was OK, others were utter nightmares. Company and department goals were often vague and subject to change at a moment's notice.
No sense of team, little sense of work. If you want something done, do it yourself (and take all the blame).
