Suggestions for improvement
- Hire leaders to manage and mold the company for a prosperous future. Not be afraid to spend the money to use up to date equipment/processes as opposed to the old, reman or rebuilt equipment that is used in the name of saving money. Show appreciation for employees through better compensation, benefits and general treatment. The "good ol' boy " and "give your friend a job" systems do nothing but disgust and chase away good employees.
