Company has been through several management changes and three owners since 2012.
Support from management
To an extent, they stay in their offices and come out towards the end of the day to hustle employees along to finish faster.
Many employees are there to half do their job and leave. Some will go on "break" right before their shift ends and go home. Many leave the work for a secondary shift to complete.
Freedom to work independently
Management has a checklist to mark any mistakes you might make. They hover over you checking everything you might mess up on. Gave employees their initials on a stamp to sign any work they might accomplish. Along with a quota of scripts to complete each hour.
There are no staff meetings, except for management. Employees find out about changes when expected to implement them. The majority of communication is negative. When you do something wrong, placing time limits on certain processes. No commendation. No evaluation and no raises.
Overall compensation for your work
Comparatively low for the type of company. Many are doing the work of two to three people.
Management regularly rewrites the schedule after hiring employees for a specific shift.
Several lay offs since 2015. They then turn around and hire different people.
What I dislike about the company
They are not always truthful or honest about what they promise you.
