- PHH Corporation (Mount Laurel, NJ / United States)24.Nov 2015
Not a clear culture... No trust on leaders...
Support from management
Dicotomy in Leadership... Not a clear vision and so many implementation errors in their plan - outsourcing to IBM, losing IT talent, contonous layoffs,
People are nice and collaborate despite the conditions
Freedom to work independently
Little say on anything... people are afraid of voicing their opinions... with so many layoffs
A lot of communication... but employees do not believe or trust what they hear
No women at Level 1... only one at level 2... The women who were powerful all left...
Attitude towards older colleagues
Seasoned personnel has been let go... and new hires are much younger and less expensive
Overall compensation for your work
Salaries are paid on time. Benefits are not at par with competitors
Office / Work Environment
Buildings are kept clean and services are managed well.. but they are overcrowded... and conference rooms have defective equipment and WI-FI does not work
Depends on team group lead... some care some don't... not part of company culture since layoffs started in 2010
No employees talk fondly of PHH... Some hope it will get better... Some long for what PHH used to be 10 years ago...
No stability whatsoever. Layoffs are a continous event at PHH...
Facilities planning includes accesibility factors
Work is challenging because of the situation... but not in nature
Inclusive / Diverse
No divership at leadership level... all white males...
Suggestions for improvement
- Bring pragmatic leadership at the top of the house... disengage completely from IBM...
