The HR department was not very good at relaying information to employees in a timely manner. Any harassment issues are kept under wrap by asking the employee to handle the issue on his/her own. There really isn't any recognition to the individual employees who do all the work. Only supervisors are glorified for all the hard work while only is the labor employee addressed when there is negative concerns.
