- New management and people who like other people is a good start.
What I like about the company
The pay was decent and I could work from home during bad weather.
What I dislike about the company
Favoritism. Managers don't manage. Training doesn't exist. They just expect you to pick it up. Going the extra mile means nothing and is actually criticized.
