Suggestions for improvement
- Hire an actual person who has HR experience. Train the employers to work as a team, teach them work ethics, to communicate effectively & to do their job duties correctly the first time around, & if you make a mistake to own up to it. Hire a new receptionist as well, the gentleman there isn't fit to answer phones, take messages and process those messages to the appropriate person.
I like about the employer
They were very reasonable when you asked for time off due to family emergencies or personal time off for a doctor visit.
