Support from Management
Management is diconnected and separated from production. Management has a lack of respect for the working class, and it is clear they distance themselves.
No real comunication. Management put themselves on pedestals, egos ran amok. Developing a workforce of adults who acted like children, afraid to aproache management for fear of retaliation.
They paid for education, yet never utilized the skillet developed. I wrote two proposals the company adopted, the managers I turned them in to got promotions, and I got fired for rediculous rules they made up when they were done downsizing management, and were lookin for ways to cut production employees when Philips bought Respironics. There were 20 percent cuts one 3 or 4 years.
