If you're on Product support, prepare to be screamed at by reps that have no idea how the software or products actually work DAILY.
Freedom to work independently
Team environment. Opportunity to work from home
No easy way to share documents needed, it was just assumed you had them or knew where to find them.
Was one of three women on my team.
Didn't seem to be much room for growth
Overall compensation for your work
Bad deal with bad temp company. Look for better ones or try to negotiate. I didn't even have the opportunity, had to negotiate later at 6 months.
Office / Work Environment
Couldn't personalize things
Weekly shift schedules.
Slow turn around to full time. Year to 18 months in most cases and it seems to go off seniority so good luck.
Very repetitive, not that hard once you got the hang of it
Suggestions for improvement
- Make better deals with better temp companies if you want to keep anyone around. Give the reps actual punishments for the way they speak to product support, it's deplorable and a very poor representation of the company. My interactions with reps now, a rep would be fired for speaking to anyone else in the company the way we were treated.
What I like about the company
I liked my team.
What I dislike about the company
Sales reps. Honestly, give them more training or tell them to shut their mouths while ANYONE on the phone is solving their issue.
