Suggestions for improvement
- If you implement rules, make everyone abide by them. Rules are implemented but only enforced on some of the employees. It feels a lot like high school. If you don't hang out with the "cool kids", you are treated different. Also, make the work load equal among employees. My workload is double what the average paralegal has to deal with and I get paid the same as everyone else.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
They tend to throw their employees into the fire. I was given 1 and a half days of training and then was expected to negotiate with State Governments and deal with the Federal Government. Also, even when pulling well over $20k a month for the company from clients, they pay a pittance and expect you to be happy about it. I have been looking for a second job just so I can afford rent and food.
