Support from Management
Supervisor left many important decisions to staff vote.
Colleagues thrived on drama.
Staff meetings were held regularly, however, were usually late in starting.
All employees were women, but upper management was male. It felt like an unsupportive environment.
Education was supported and there was ample oppotunity to improve carreer options.
