Considering the work put in and the cost of living on the east coast this job should not keep me in the poverty level.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Reference material for case managers (especially new ones) should be more cohesive and easier to follow and access. Training could be a bit more involved.

What I like about the company

Management is involved and helpful. The workload is heavy but fair.

What I dislike about the company

Starting pay needs to be reconsidered, ia professional position should not keep someone at poverty level income
