- Hire an efficient and more willing person that will help as best as in their power to in the HR Dept. Motivate and reward hard working employees in other forms that don't necessarily have to come in money. Be more equal rather than give that to the senior employees. Stop gossiping by putting an end to it rather than encouraging it by telling employees to keep ears and eyes opened and report everything back.
