Suggestions for improvement
- Pay your cooks a reasonable salary, even if you have to pay managers less because we are the lifeline.
I like about the employer
If you like working 60 hours a week, if you like to always be short handed because thats all labor allows, then there's your perk.
I dislike about the employer
Play favorites, hard work with very little help. Retention is tuff cause there is so much work and once your new hire realise it they are gone for something easier (especially the cooks) who r the lifeline of the restaurant.
