Suggestions for improvement
- The owner should get someone to act as a manager in his absense. Company is starting to grow and the owner is often not around to ask questions to. And, no one else has the authority to help.
I like about the employer
Pay structure was fair if you had an education. Commission became very convoluted at times.
I dislike about the employer
The politics within the company are very high school. Everyone talks about everyone. If you aren't one of the favourites, you were treated poorly. The favourites got special treatment and told everyone else what to do. Owner let too many of the staff dictate what should happen within the company.
