Suggestions for improvement
- None so far for different cultures and policies
Working with great coworkers that definitely help the shift go smoothly even when it is am overwhelmingly busy shift.

I love being able to have a positive impact on the community. I meet new people everyday. There are opportunities in every area imaginable to help you find your niche. I have made incredible friendships at work and consider them family. Everyone comes together to help in a crisis and it is a beautiful thing. Your coworkers are the only people who can really understand what you go through so it is important to lean on each other for support and build each other up. The company asks for feedback and suggestions. Opportunites are available but it could be easier to find them.
