Support from Management
Managers definitely have there favorites, and rarely speak up for employees.
Most of the ones I work with were awesome.
Horrible, the rules are never set in stone.
The customers have always said the the minorities work downstairs.
Suggestions for improvement
- A betterchance of moving up in the company, and better compensation for employees who do their jobs well.
I like about the employer
I did enjoy the opportunity of sales, sales if a passion of mine, so I really enjoyed that part.
