Employees are considered in decision making but ultimately it didn't matter.
Expected to work after hours for no extra pay. Constantly contacted after working hours.
Suggestions for improvement
- President should not throw temper tantrums using profanity, throwing things or kicking things. He also should not constantly downgrade all his employees or refer to them by the color of their skin. He should also learn better business ethics so he will learn NOT to screw over not only customers and vendors, but employees as well.
