Seniority nor ability to manage work duties were recognized.
Support from management
Management can never make a decision for themselves
Team work, worked great but only when it was implied that team work was needed.
Freedom to work independently
Management never over looked the staffs to do list therefore a lot got over looked, piled up, and left for others to do.
Communication was tried but not often fallowed . At the end of the night everyone was always upset at someone.
Not equal at all. A woman was told she could not have the AGM position because she had a family.
Attitude towards older colleagues
No one is respected , everyone is constantly being pushed out, the turn over rate is so fast
No one can move up , they say they hire within but again the turn over rate, no one last, because everyone is just a number.

Everyone is paid the absolute minimum possible
Office / Work Environment
Lighting was to low, floor boards were falling apart siting water piles causing falls, mold build up, drains back up, chairs break easy, slippery walk way entrance, pipe leaks etc.
Not a family work place, very late working days to manage bills, because early days can't manage bills to care for a family . Mothers day was not giving to the only two moms in the company and one was fired for calling off .
No talks highly of the place
No one is promised tomorrow
No training on accident free work zone, burns and cuts happen fault and not reported
Self motivation comes to individuals. But just a simple "good job" was never giving
Inclusive / Diverse
No, management can never make a self decision, they say they have an open door policy, but if not all most ideas are never supported.

- Nothing, you can't teach an old dog new tricks .
