"Company culture" should be "GOSSIP and BACKSTABBING" as it runs rapped in all levels, from Corp employees to line level employees.
Support from Management
company wants you to train and train and train and train to meet brand requirements but offers absolutely no support to get it done. Another words, they don't care how you get it done as long as you get it done. The company requires so so many nonsense report after redundant report that take so much time to complete during your day to day activity that it leaves very little time to train and you find yourself doing most of the training at home or on weekends taking personal time away from family.
