- To make more options for full-time employment.
They don't contact give all adjusters equal opportunity. Certain adjusters get preferential treatment and job leads. They tell you it goes by experience and qualifications, but it's not true. I've been snubbed for work multiple times for people with less of both. They contact who they want to.
They operate with favoritism when it comes to work assignments.
