Suggestions for improvement
- Middle management was moving to phase out key employees. Which understandably relies less on one person, but on the flip side increases meritocracy development standards.
I like about the employer
The work environment is high paced with large streams of data that needs to be analyzed quickly. If you enjoy daily challenges and can take criticism well, this is the place for you.
I dislike about the employer
I was a contractor and was not part of the corporate ladder. With that said there is a constant thrive to move up the ladder which increases combative competitiveness.
