Support from Management
Manager did not involve employees in decision making, played favorites, and gave more assistance to one department over the other.
One Dept was favored over the other and was not encouraged to help outside of their dept.
Suggestions for improvement
- New administration! Administration needs to listen to its employees and work on the problem issues, not ignore them.
I dislike about the employer
Very unfair with employees, lots of favortism. Sent home when work was done for the day. A full time employee hired for 40 hrs was lucky to work 33 hrs a week.
