Suggestions for improvement
- Raises and numerous job opportunities within the company. They seem to be a bit to relaxed with certain employees which causes underlying conflict between employees
They dont provide much training just put you out there and expect you to know everything.
They dont appreciate you.
There is supposed to be room to advance within the company but if they dont want you to transfer to another department they will take other avenues such as write ups to accomplish this task. As the lower position employee you really cant dispute it cause HR dont respond back to voicemails or emails.
