Unpleasant, secretive, cutthroat due to commission situation.
Support from management
Management has conflict of interest due to management can earn commissions
No teamwork due to example set by management. Managers makes the staff do the regular work so managers keep all the commissions.
Little or no communication. Management sets employees up to look bad and fail so managers can keep all commissions.
Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management should not be able to get commissions. That way, they wouldn't make staff do there regular work and take commission work away from staff.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
Management treats staff poorly and limits staff assignments so highly compensated managers are also only employees allowed to do commission work.
