Sr. Management didn't communicate, seem to care only about themselves. In light of current situation, still kept all perks, without consideration for others.
Peers worked as a team, but under so much stress and anxiety.
incredible workload with no communication or guidance from Sr. VP
lack of communication was a huge problem and caused so much anxiety and bad decisions.

This was a wonderful company to work for at one point. The founder was a beautiful human being who respected, mentored, and believed in his employees.
The Core Values and Vision no longer play a role in the company. It seems that the current Sr. Management is only concerned of themselves and the staff within a small inner circle. Poor decisions, lack of financial oversight, and professional development of staff makes it somewhat unbearable to work here. Total lack of care about senior employees is apparent.
