Suggestions for improvement

  • Encourage your agents to grow and don't take it personal when they outgrow you or feel the need to move on to an agency that better fits their needs. And grow up a little too. This isn't high school. No need to behave like Mean Girls.

What I like about the company

Many of the women worked together and tried to support each other. It was necessary because the leadership were absolutely catty and retaliatory. I watched many women get torn to shreds by the leadership here.

What I dislike about the company

They did want to see their agents grow too successful. They needed to keep the agents in check enough to have control over them and their commissions. The cut of commission that they pay their agents is well below and industry standard and they limit and restrict you to book a small number of vendors mostly in an attempt to keep you small enough to not consider leaving. If you even hint that you are considering moving on to another agency they will do everything they can to keep all the commissions. I've seen women walk away with nothing just to avoid the legal trouble and stress.
