Doesn't invest in leadership roles, they do not practice what they preach.
Suggestions for improvement
- Excitves need to allow the middle managment team to run the production area, and rebuild their human resource department. To much oppional judgement towards their associates from the front office.
I like about the employer
The manufacturing team are knowledgable,and a pleasure to work with
I dislike about the employer
The way the excetive micro manage and make judgement calls, and the way they public criticism. the way the human resource department not flexible for the associates. Most associates do not want to speak to the human resource department.
