Support from management
If your good at just watching and learning, or just a hands on person..this is the right job for you. Don't expect a one on one training.
When working with Co workers that know their job, it is easier to get the job done.
Freedom to work independently
When the workload is steady, for example black Friday, management shouldn't leave. More team work.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Overall compensation for your work
Paid on time yes....benefits...no
If your a college student...
I worked for Plato's for 1 year and 2 1/2 months and I was good at my job and I enjoyed it!!
Suggestions for improvement
- Corporate needs to Do pop ups!!!!
What I like about the company
The discounts and my Co workers (excluding management)
What I dislike about the company
In so many other words....when someone is given the head honcho position and they feel like they can set the rules and not following them. Talk to employees any kind of way and the owner favors the head honcho...at that point who do you complain to? You don't, most people leave and that's why The turn over rate at Plato's closet in Valdosta is horrible
The following benefits were offered to me
