A fast-growing business

Suggestions for improvement

  • Expand work hours for daytime shifts. We could come in early and be prepared for the day and not do prep work while we are open. They are experimenting with this suggestion and it seems to be going over well.

What I like about the company

Plowboy's Barbecue is like my family. We all have something weird about us and Plowboy's lets us express our weirdness and have fun at the same time.

What I dislike about the company

Not offering any healthcare benefits or paid time off.
