Suggestions for improvement
- The policy for hiring full time / permanent employees needs revamping.
- There seems to be a dire need for more transparency between different departments / groups.
- Newly hired production workers should have to complete a 4 week training program before they are placed on the assembly floor.
What I like about the company
All-in-all the employees (co-workers) are nice people.
What I dislike about the company
Rules and regulations don't seem to be adhered to by some employees nor are there any consequenses for their actions.
