Suggestions for improvement
- They need to appreciate their employees & care about their residents more
I like about the employer
The only thing I like about Plush Mills is the residents ... sometimes
I dislike about the employer
I could go on and on about all the things I don't like but first thing first the D.O.N steals your time and if you don't catch on to it you'll be working for free. She also is the scheduler and she will hire you for full time and give you part time hours. there will be plenty of times that it's your assigned day and shift to work and you'll show up and your name won't be on the schedule and she'll send you home. she pay you what she want to pay you and tells everybody the base rate is something different. you can't go down stairs and talk to the executives about what's going on because they'll just run back to her and tell her everything you said including your name. this place is supposed to be assisted living but it's more like a nursing home you have residents falling everyday it's not being reported you have total care residents who can't do anything for themselves and you have to literally lift residents that requires a total lift or sit to stand by law but as long as they have the money to pay the bill every month the executives doesn't care. there's either too much staff or not enough staff. this place is a joke the employees are lazy and ghetto residents don't get showers on shower days there's only one washer and dryer for 38 residents this place may look appealing on the outside but it's trash on the inside.
