I have greatly enjoyed working for PNC, both for benefits and growth potential. I have been promoted and...
Suggestions for improvement
- I have worked with several women who tend to be very chatty and distracting. I would suggest work from home opportunity, and thankfully, this is going into effect in my department very soon. My job is done on a computer, so working from home will allow me to avoid the distractions of a busy office while also help me from burning out from the commute and constant traffic.
What I like about the company
I have been working at PNC for almost two years, and have had several promotions and raises during that time. There is obvious growth potential, and I have always seen the management staff help anyone who wants to move up in their position or move to a different area of the company.
I have been treated to office parties, Employee appreciation days, and flexible working schedules. I will have the opportunity in the coming months to work remotely from home.
What I dislike about the company
When I had first started with the company, I had to fill out paperwork for benefits, identification, etc. There was some confusion with the benefits package, and although PNC eventually was able to explain to us what the mix up was, the money we lost for the benefits was never refunded. Although it was our error, the company did not have someone to explain to us what exactly we were filling out and agreeing to in that paperwork.
Aside from that, almost two years ago, I have had no issues whatsoever with PNC.
The following benefits were offered to me
