Suggestions for improvement
- Better pay and healthcare benefits.
My immediate coworkers and manager have always been great team players and very easy to work for/with. I don’t dread going to work each day like I have with past jobs.
I don’t like how sales oriented my job is
Unsupportive internal business customers
Zero support from management
Bias team members
Does not apply to diverse candidates
Unclear project expectation, which will eventually require over time to catch up.
Manager can literally yell at employee, no professionalism.
SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION FOR EMPLOYEES THEY LIKE IF THE EMPLOYEE LAUGHS ALOT ITS CONSIDERED AN ACHIEVEMENT EVEN WHEN THE EMPLOYEE CANNOT THINK INDEPENDENTLY
INTERRUPTIONS ON A CONSISTENT BASIS MICROMANAGING TO THE POINT OF NAUSEAUM COULD NOT GATHER THOUGHTS TO COMPLETE A MEMORABLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
MANAGEMENT HAS MEETINGS ABOUT HOW THEY WILL DETERMINE WHO GETS FIRED INSTEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPROVEMENT
