Top down management style. They call it cascading information. Sounds nice. It's not.

Overall Compensation for your work
Fair pay and performance incentives are great.
Managers are expected to work 6 days a week putting in 50+ hours weekly on a regular basis. They talk about work/life balance but there isn't any.
Suggestions for improvement
- Give Managers a more reasonable work week. People get burned out and bitter. Slow your roll with the constantly changing rules about everything. Too hard to keep up. Take a day off and you feel buried. Not worth the stress.
